WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

If you’re confident, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great service then you’re just the kind of person we’re looking for! Join our 24/7 365 Customer Experience Team, based in our East London Head Office, over the busy peak period and help spread the AllSaints Christmas cheer!

. 3 month FTC with opportunities for development and permanent roles within the team and wider business
. Dealing with an exciting mix of customer care and sales enquiries, primarily over the phone as well as over email and social media
. Building and managing customer relationships across multiple channels
. Problem solving, complaint handling and liaising with internal stakeholders
. £350 wardrobe allowance and £350 50% discount allowance on AllSaints product and warehouse sales
. Corporate discounts at a number of retailers, restaurants and hair and nail salons
. A fun, vibrant and hard working team
. Competitive salary of £20,000 per annum

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?

. Previous Contact Centre experience preferable but not essential
. A great phone manner and business fluency in at least one of the following languages; 
English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Korean, Mandarin or Arabic
. Natural confidence, strong listening skills and diplomacy skills
. Computer literate with the ability to use multiple platforms
. Experience with data entry and meeting targets
. Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
. Full flexibility over the 3 month period - Any 5 days of the week, 8 hours shifts. (example shifts: 7am-4pm, 
11am-8pm, 1pm-10pm)
